The number of people has been increased by 775 for Saskatchewan immigration scheme by federal government. The Saskatchewan government said the added nominations will help addressing the present shortage in the labor market. In 2015, 5,500 nominations including the added 775 will be granted, which is an increase of 16 percent over 2014. The additional nominations will be made in the course of the Saskatchewan immigration program’s new express category that will be announced in January by the side of the latest express entry application by the federal government. In the beginning of 2015 SNIP will start to accept the applications in this latest category. This express entry system will let it select from a band of immigration candidates and invite them to apply permanent residence. The immigration minister Jeremy said in a press meet that the benefits of express entry fastens the application process of permanent residency and new opportunity for the business looking to fill the shortage in the labor market through foreign recruitment. The province expects in 2015 the nominated 5,500 will result about 14,000 latest residences along with family members.
